Supernatural Buffalo

Supernatural Buffalo was born in a beach town on the shores of Lake Erie and raised on the road all across Canada, creating music that will take you on a musical trip somewhere between earth and ethereal, grit and grace. The band is from the St. Catharines/Crystal Beach and Fort Erie areas of Canada, and their genre is psychedelic rock. The band's lineup includes Chris Macgillivary (guitar, vocal), Lee Seburn (guitar, vocal), Curtis Doherty (percussion), Dave Doherty (bass), Brent Jones (Rhodes), and Simon Larochette (guitar/pedal steel). They released their debut album in 2018 and have since released additional music including Crystal Beach (2021). Their sound has been described as a blend of progressive psych rock with comparisons to artists like Pink Floyd and JJ Cale, featuring hypnotic, dreamy qualities with melodic grooves. With their layered guitar textures, vintage keyboard sounds, and transportive songwriting, Supernatural Buffalo creates an immersive sonic experience that bridges classic psychedelic rock traditions with contemporary indie sensibilities, offering listeners an escape into soundscapes both familiar and otherworldly.
