The Unfaithful Servants, often called BC's most exciting Newgrass band, have become a must-see Canadian band. They are a dynamic folk-bluegrass-Americana quartet praised for their rich harmonies, masterful musicianship, and compelling songwriting. Based on Vancouver Island, the group has been making waves with their heartfelt live performances and critically acclaimed recordings. The group has captivated audiences with their electrifying stage energy, compelling storytelling, and exceptional musicianship, seamlessly blending bluegrass, Americana, and traditional folk. The band's résumé includes standout performances at Vancouver Island MusicFest and Salmon Arm Roots & Blues, along with a Canadian Folk Music Award nomination. The Unfaithful Servants released their sophomore album, Fallen Angel, on October 17, 2025. Sharon Shari Ulrich is a Canadian/American musician and songwriter who has also worked as a television host, actress, film composer, and educator, playing violin, mandolin, guitar, piano, and dulcimer. She has been nominated for a Juno Award four times, winning Most Promising Female Vocalist of the Year in 1982. She is known for her beloved work as a solo artist and with groups such as The Hometown Band, Pied Pumkin, and collaborative projects with Barney Bentall, Bill Henderson, and Roy Forbes. The band toured on a Canadian tour in October 2025 alongside Shari Ulrich, who is a two-time JUNO and four-time Canadian Folk Music Award–winning singer-songwriter.
