Dave Faber and Seamus O'Neill are both Canadian musicians best known as members of Faber Drive, a Canadian pop punk band from Mission, British Columbia, formed in 2004. Dave Faber was born on April 8, 1975 in Canada and is the lead vocalist of Faber Drive. He is Faber Drive's lead singer, guitarist, and founding member. Their debut album, "Seven Second Surgery," was released in 2007 on Chad Kroeger's 604 Records. Faber grew up in Canada as one of seven children. Dave Faber is married to Ricarda Faber and has four kids—Faith, David Dayton, Patience and Isaiah. Notably, the band collaborated with Dave Faber's son, the rapper Powfu. Seamus O'Neill is the drummer for Faber Drive. Andrew Stricko left the band and Seamus O'Neill replaced him in 2012. Both Dave and Seamus share the same birthday of April 8. For the last 20 years the multi-platinum rockers have toured across Canada opening for acts like Nickelback, Sum 41, Simple Plan and Marianas Trench. The band's second extended play, "Lifeline," was released independently on April 25, 2025, marking their continued activity in the Canadian music scene. As Faber Drive, they achieved significant commercial success with multiple platinum-certified albums and hit singles on Canadian rock radio.
