Josh + Bex

Josh + Bex are a Canadian Dream Folk duo from Kelowna, BC consisting of Josh with his Eastern soul-folk vibes and Bex with her melody-driven West Coast influence. Together they make music that captures their tender vulnerabilities and draws listeners into their world with deep-rooted transparency and open-hearted presence. The pair have consecutively placed in Kelowna Now's Top 3 Local Bands/Musicians since 2018, giving them wide recognition throughout the Okanagan Valley and beyond. The duo received their festival start after winning the local Emerging Artist contest at the internationally acclaimed Salmon Arm Roots and Blues Festival in 2019. They released their self-titled EP in October 2019, followed by their sophomore LP 'Everything is Everything,' a full-length dream folk production released in 2022. In the spring of 2024, they released a five-song EP, 'Stoned in Paradise.' Josh + Bex describe their genre as 'Dream Folk,' and they're known for performing throughout British Columbia and western Canada. Their music combines thoughtful lyricism with lush melodic arrangements, creating an immersive sonic experience that has earned them a dedicated following in the Canadian folk scene.
