Lee Holmes & the Beautitones

Lee Holmes & the Beautitones is an international touring blues band currently based in Venice, Italy, though band leader Lee Holmes is a Canadian singer/songwriter/bassist from Vancouver, B.C., currently residing in Iroquois Falls, Ontario. The Beautitones is a high energy rock'n-roots blues band that performs primarily original songs with a strong groove and unique humorous lyrics. Holmes is renowned for his distinctive natural blues voice as well as his solid bass playing. His fifth CD, 'Don't Hesitate,' was released May 1, 2023, featuring all original songs by the Pierini/Holmes writing team. Holmes has a history of supporting many top Canadian blues musicians such as Amos Garrett, Dutch Mason, Kenny Blues Boss Wayne, and Jack De Keyser. The band tours internationally and has performed at various venues across Canada, Europe, and beyond. Lee Holmes & the Beautitones represent the continuation of the blues tradition with original material that honors the genre's roots while bringing fresh perspectives and contemporary energy.
