Eliza Mary Doyle is one of Saskatchewan's most respected and highly regarded banjo players, who entered the music scene in 2001. Born on September 6, 1982, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, this international and award-winning musician has captivated audiences around the world with her charismatic performances, stylistic clawhammer banjo playing, and sophisticated songwriting.

Over the past two decades, Doyle has had a remarkable career as a solo artist, in groups, and as a professional session musician. She plays banjo, dobro, guitar, and mandolin, showcasing her versatility across multiple instruments. Her impressive discography includes nine full-length albums of her own, and she has recorded on 24 albums in total. Her contributions to Canadian music earned her a Juno Award with the band The Dead South, which she toured with from 2016-2018, and she has garnished numerous Saskatchewan Country Music Association Awards.

Doyle's latest studio album, "Pretty Strange," is a 10-track collection captured live at Sidekick Studios in Nashville, Tennessee on May 4, 2022, and was released on March 1, 2023. Beyond her musical achievements, she co-founded and developed the Community Arts Mentorship Program (CAMP), a not-for-profit organization that brings music programming to remote and under-served Indigenous and Métis communities throughout Saskatchewan. This meaningful community work earned her a CBC Top 40 Under 40 Award, demonstrating her commitment to using music as a tool for positive social impact and cultural preservation.
