The Confusionaires

The Confusionaires are a trio hailing from Edmonton, Canada that plays rock and roll music. The band is steeped in the traditions of country, blues, and rockabilly music – but they have a modern approach reminiscent of the punk and hard rock bands. The trio was completed in early 2017 with Fat Dave Johnston on guitar and songwriting, Jayson Aschenmonster on bass, and drumming phenom Adam Stark. The trio has built a sound that's synonymous with the hardest-hitting country and rockabilly acts around, appealing to both the purists and the rebels, and their sound transcends generational boundaries. The band has released 2 full length albums and 2 EPs, including their album 'From the Headache to the Heartache' released in 2020. They were slated to release a third album called 'Westernization' in 2022. The band has built a strong presence in the Canadian rock and roll scene, with their energetic performances and unique blend of traditional rockabilly with modern punk and rock influences.
