Alicia Moffet (born July 22, 1998) is a Canadian singer who won the 2013 season of The Next Star. Moffet has been singing since 2008. She was born in St. Lazare, Quebec, Canada. In May 2013, Moffet auditioned for The Next Star. She was chosen to be in the top six and crowned winner of season 6 on September 23, 2013, at Canada's Wonderland. She has released a number of singles and featured on the 2015 edition of La Voix (the French-Canadian version of The Voice). Her debut English-language album, "Billie Ave.," reached an incredible 17 million streams. In 2023 and in 2024, Alicia Moffet hosts the show Occupation Double with her current boyfriend, Frederick Robichaud. Moffet's success on The Next Star launched her career at a young age, and she has since developed into a mature artist with a distinctive pop sound. Her bilingual abilities and her presence on both English and French Canadian television have made her a versatile entertainer.
