About

Blue Ridge Band is a rising force in Canadian country music, made up of Jérémy Plante, Samuel Jalbert-Raymond, and Martin Aubin. Based out of Lévis, Quebec, the band delivers an electrifying, energetic country sound packed with singalong anthems inspired by American new country artists like Morgan Wallen, Keith Urban, and Luke Combs. The group became known to the public after lead singer Jérémy Plante's participation in the popular television show Star Académie 2022, which provided a launching pad for the band's career.

Since releasing their first EP "Down to Business Part I" in 2022 (followed by Part II in 2023), Blue Ridge Band has been on a meteoric rise, making serious waves within the Quebec and Canadian country scene. The group has accumulated three Top 10 Médiabase hits with the French versions of "Chasing Sunsets," "The Rush," and "High On You," demonstrating their ability to succeed in Quebec's francophone market while also creating music that resonates across Canada. Their music has been heard coast-to-coast on SiriusXM's Top of the Country, expanding their reach beyond Quebec.

In 2024, Blue Ridge Band won Révélation de l'année (Revelation of the Year) at the Rencontres de l'ADISQ, were finalists at the Boots & Hearts Emerging Artist Showcase, and won Album autres langues de l'année (Album of the Year in Other Languages) at the Gala Country. On September 26, 2025, the group released their highly anticipated second album "High On You" featuring 10 songs, cementing their status as one of Canada's most exciting country acts.
