Chiara Savasta is a singer-songwriter from Montreal. She is 23 years old, and was born in the suburbs of the city, where she would sit in her room and romanticize her life through songwriting. This way of escaping her teenage life became the foundation of her first project 'Summerhood.' Her debut project, 'Summerhood,' released in 2022, vividly portrays the transition from adolescence to adulthood. Her recent EP 'brand new girl, brand new machine' was released November 29, 2024 via Cult Nation. The songs have accompanied her on her personal journey to launching a career as a musician, notably the evolution into becoming a girl who's stronger, more capable and unafraid. Chiara has also released other music including singles like 'When Girls Love' (2020) and 'Cross Control Patrol' (2025), and she has upcoming performances scheduled, including at the Festival d'été de Québec in July 2025. Her music projects energized self-assurance and explores themes of growth, self-discovery, and empowerment through her unique blend of indie pop and alternative sounds.
