Jaffa Road (acoustic)

Jaffa Road is a world music ensemble that bridges Jewish and Arabic musical traditions, named after the historic street in Jerusalem that connects diverse communities. In acoustic configurations, the group's message of cultural unity through music becomes even more powerful. Led by composer and multi-instrumentalist Ravi Naimpally with vocalist Aline Kiner, the ensemble performs songs in Ladino, Hebrew, Arabic, and English, drawing from Sephardic, Mizrahi, and Arabic musical heritage. Their acoustic performances feature oud, ney, violin, percussion, and voices, creating intimate soundscapes that tell stories of shared Middle Eastern musical roots.
