Alexandria Maillot is a Canadian singer-songwriter and actor born in 1992 in Prince George, British Columbia. An active artist since the age of seven, Maillot has amassed an impressive list of accomplishments over her career. She achieved remarkable success at a young age, performing with Jann Arden at the Royal Ontario Museum, appearing on Oprah Winfrey's "World's Smartest and Most Talented Kids" program, cutting vocals for Randy Bachman, playing festivals across Canada, Europe and Africa, and having her song "Revolution" featured on Swiss artist Stefanie Heinzmann's album "Masterplan," all before the age of 14. An accomplished singer-songwriter, Maillot caught the attention of impresario David Foster and was later invited to perform at a televised concert in Toronto alongside Jann Arden. Her debut album "Time" garnered national radio attention and widespread critical acclaim. Her full-length sophomore release "Benevolence" marked the budding of a new chapter, showcasing her evolution as an artist. Known for her "swoon rock" style that blends various genres, Maillot's music has found rotation on numerous national radio stations and been featured as CBC Q's Thursday Headliner with Tom Power. She has placed several songs in TV and film productions for MTV and Hallmark, and has toured extensively throughout Canada and the EU/UK, performing at prestigious festivals including Reeperbahn Festival, Rifflandia, Riverfest Elora, Dawson City Music Festival, and Make Music Pasadena. Beyond music, she is also known for her role as Lucie in the 2011 Canadian romance horror film "Red Riding Hood.
